Housing

 

Located in a beautiful area of the Medina and close to the souks, Jemaa el Fna Square and museums, the Riad was completely and carefully renovated in 2022.

Riad Ptit Kech has a patio with an electric glass roof to enjoy all year round and a lounge where you can relax in peace.

 

• On the ground floor you will find: a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a living room with TV, a guest toilet.

• Upstairs: a beautiful gallery leads to three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are doubles with en-suite bathrooms and toilets. The double bedrooms also have a ceiling fan in addition to air conditioning.

• On the 2nd floor: you have a beautiful terrace with views of the Atlas Mountains and the Koutoubia Mosque, a bar and dining area, deckchairs, and a pool to refresh yourself. Towels can be provided.

A Moroccan breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at your leisure on the patio or on the terrace. (Included in the overnight rate).

If you wish, you can discover Moroccan specialties prepared by our chef. The cost is 190 DHS (19€) per person for lunch excluding drinks and 210 DHS (21€) for dinner excluding drinks. (To be ordered the day before).

Breakfast, daily housekeeping, bed linens, towels, and fiber optic Wi-Fi are included in the overnight rate. Car access is 200 meters away.

The Riad is ideally located in Dar El Bacha for strolling and discovering all the secrets of the Medina.
The riad is located in a quiet street a few steps from the souks, everything can be done on foot:

• 10 minutes from Jemaa el Fna Square.

• 10 minutes from the secret garden.

• 10 min walk from Place des Epices

• 5 minutes from the restaurants La Terrasse des Épices, Le Jardin, Bacha Coffee, Le Café Arabe, etc.

Car, taxi 200m away.

 

Other remarks

 

• The Riad is rented exclusively, so you will be the only one to occupy it.

• A minimum of 2 nights for all reservations.

• Only guests declared at the time of booking are authorized to access the Riad.

• The organization of parties is prohibited within the Riad.

• Please also maintain good relations with the neighborhood and respect noise after 11:00 p.m.
